The Oaks is a neighborhood located in Livermore, California. The Oaks is a small upscale community with convenient access to downtown and the freeway; located in the southernmost part of Livermore, near vineyards, golf courses and wineries. South Livermore is highly desired because of its newer construction, the neighbors and community, safety, schools, and its convenient access to Highway 84.

The Development

The Oaks neighborhood in South Livermore is one of the most premier communities offered. The homes have beautiful Mission, English Country and French Country architectural designs and are nestled amongst gorgeous tree-lined streets and surrounds natural Oak studded pathways. The Oaks offers extremely easy access to Highway 84 and is located near the Concannon Blvd and Isabel Ave (Hwy 84) intersection
